The intoxilyzer itself does not have any paint on it.
But it does not effect the operation of the unit itself. The case has paint or something like paint on it(see picture number 8) that will take time to remove. Everything that is included is shown in the pictures. This unit powers on and reads'0000' and then the'ready' light comes on. Intoxilyzer 300 W/Case Used but in good condition.
