Texture mods only need more Vram so just keep an eye with Afterburner(or your monitoring software of choice) and keep it under your 8GB available. I have a 1080ti but have brought it to its knees on a few occasions
Should I be re-installing skyrim se just so loot will detect that and then trying to do something with that?įyi I have run the game before and after installing mo2 in the hopes that loot might need the game to run once before it can detect it, but no luck. I tried to manually enter a path in loot settings so that it would find skyrim vr but that just got confusing and I couldn't get it to work. In loot settings I made the default game skyrim se(as there is no option for vr) but still the only game detected is fallout 4. It came time to deal with the load order and install loot and when I did I got the same problem as with nmm.loot does not detect skyrim vr, infact all games are greyed out in the loot drop down except for fallout 4, that's the only game detected. Then with mo2 I d/l and installed about 30 mods. The 1st problem I ran into was nmm not detecting skyrim vr even after manually inserting the path, so I decided to use mod organizer 2 and that solved the problem.
I have the original skyrim and skyrim se but when I got skyrim vr I decided to uninstall both games to make sure I was dealing with the correct version when using nmm and loot.
